CANDIES
Erbamea offers a wide range of candies made with fine and selected ingredients. For the hard candies, the traditional method par excellence of "direct fire cooking" is used, which enhances the flavors and gives roundness to the taste.
A careful control throughout the production process allows us to always guarantee a product of the highest quality.
Balsamic with Erisimum, Alpine Herbs, Green Tea and Fruits of Wood and Propoli and Acerola are prepared using as isomalto base and maltitol syrup, two sweeteners of natural origin derived from Beet and Corn respectively. Isomalto and maltitol are also "friends of the teeth".
Propoli and Honey Candy contains sugar instead and is prepared with these two precious gifts of the hive.
Balsamic with Erisimum
Ingredients: sweeteners: isomalto, maltitol syrup; Erisme extract 1%, natural menthol 0.8%, natural eucalyptol 0.4%, essential oil 0.1% Peppermint oil, 0.1% star anise essential oil, acidifying: citric acid.
Alpine Herbs
