The Rosehip, royal antennas that today rejoice our gardens, has the name of the similarity of the shape of its thorns to that of a dog's teeth. It is a rose that grows spontaneously in the countryside, and gives, in late spring and summer, pretty white-rose blooms, followed in autumn by the appearance of many red-colored fruits. Just with these fleshy fruits, the cinorroids, you can prepare an infuser, warm and pleasant on cold winter days, or delicate and refreshing, drunk in the cold summer.
